PQC (Product Quality Control Inspector)

Responsibilities

1. Confirm and create first article inspection reports for products.
2. Handle non-conforming products during the production process.
3. Perform regular inspections every 2 hours on process products (functionality, appearance, color difference, dimensions, etc.).
4. Audit operators’ work methods.
5. Assist in completing daily inspections of products conducted by FQC (Final Quality Control).
6. Ensure that production personnel understand product requirements (customer requirements and inspection specifications).
7. Perform machine checklist inspections and confirm the consistency between signage and the production molds on the machine.
 

Requirements

1. Ability to read and comprehend drawings, experience using calipers is preferred.
2. Proficient in reading and writing the 26 English alphabets. Willing to work on a two-shift schedule.
3. Good vision with no color blindness or color weakness.
4. Willingness to work hard, be industrious, and comply with company and superiors’ instructions.
