Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monitoring, driving, and providing feedback throughout the entire project life-cycle.
2. Maintain good communication with clients, gather information, and promptly coordinate and resolve any issues raised by clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Responsible for coordinating various tasks within the project team and coordinating internal resources, including implementing work plans, quality objectives, and internal control audits.
4. Communicate and coordinate with clients and relevant departments within the company in a timely manner to update and adjust work plans based on the actual progress and requirements of the project implementation.
5. Summarize the project team’s work experience and lessons learned, and hand over the work to the relevant departments responsible for daily production.
6. Complete any work assigned by leadership on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time), with a preference for majors in electronics, mechanical, or automotive-related fields.
2. Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
3. Honest and sincere, with a cheerful disposition and rigorous thinking. Possess strong team leadership skills, logical analysis ability, learning ability, good communication skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
4. Proficient in written expression and standardized written communication. Skills in conflict resolution, time management, conducting meetings, and teamwork and collaboration with leadership.
5. Strong ability to decompose goals, manage time effectively, delegate tasks appropriately, and possess strong driving abilities and methods.
