Equipment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

1. Perform weekly maintenance on primary production equipment.
2. Conduct monthly maintenance of production equipment as scheduled, including injection machines, robotic arms, mold temperature controllers, material suction machines, drying machines, and crushers.
3. Conduct yearly equipment maintenance according to the plan.
4. Provide assistance in controlling power consumption and maintaining 5S standards on the shop floor.
5. Responsible for installing and commissioning equipment.
6. Conduct daily inspections and patrols of all company equipment and promptly resolve any issues.
7. Perform repairs on all abnormal equipment according to established procedures.
8. Take part in technical and energy-saving equipment improvements.
9. Fulfil any impromptu tasks assigned by superiors.
 

Requirements

1. At least one-year's experience in the maintenance and repair of injection molding machines and associated auxiliary equipment, with an electrician's certificate.
2. Proficient in the installation, repair and maintenance of professional mechanical equipment and skilled in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work night shifts.
