Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research, development, and improvement of automation equipment in the project team.
2. Establish the development of necessary tools and fixtures during product development.
3. Collaborate with process personnel in new product development.
4. Responsible for mechanical drawing design, component selection, and the generation and distribution of BOM (Bill of Materials) lists.
5. Guide and assist in the installation, debugging, and operation of equipment.
6. Assist production departments by providing mechanical-related technical support, debugging, and the preparation of relevant technical documents.
 

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a mechanical-related field. Age below 35, with at least three years of experience in mechanical equipment development.
2. Proficient in mechanical design and theory, and familiar with design software such as Solidworks, PRO/E, CAD, etc.
3. Equipped with certain knowledge and experience in CAE thermal design or dynamic simulation analysis.
4. Ability to independently complete product planning and detailed design, write design requirements, maintenance manuals, and instruction manuals, and other technical documents.
5. Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and precise, with a spirit of inquiry, good teamwork and communication skills, and some project management experience.
