R&D Verify Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and development, as well as the improvement and enhancement of automation equipment within the project team.
2. Developing the required tooling and fixtures for product research and development during the product development process.
3. Collaborate with process personnel in the research and development of new products.
4. Responsible for mechanical drawing design, component selection, as well as generating and issuing the BOM.
5. Provide guidance and assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and operation.
6. Assist production departments by providing mechanical-related technical support, conducting debugging, and formulating relevant technical documentation.

Requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Hardworking, resilient, humble, and eager to learn.
3. Able to handle high levels of pressure.
4. No color blindness or color weakness.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, diligent, and conscientious in work.
6. A college degree or above, aged between 30 to 45 years old.
7. Proficient in using drawing tools; familiar with mechanical manufacturing processes and have a basic understanding of injection molding fundamentals in the plastic industry.
