General Manager's Office Assistant

Responsibilities
1. Assist in drafting instructions, notices, summaries and documents related to the General Manager and ensure effective implementation, follow-up and inspection.
2. Implementing the company's operational objectives and proposing improvement requirements, assisting in the implementation of company projects and collaborations.
3. Assist with external public relations, building good relationships with government agencies, business partners and key customers.
4. Manage the General Manager's diary and handle all reception duties for guests visiting the office.
5. Assist the General Manager with external public relations, attending necessary social functions as required.
6. Assist in dealing with investment, financing and listing matters.
7. Supervise, coordinate and ensure the completion of other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
1. A college degree or above in business administration, law or accounting. Preference will be given to candidates with excellent writing skills and at least 3 years work experience.
2. Standard Mandarin Chinese, excellent writing skills, strong ability to draft meeting minutes and official documents.
3. Outgoing personality, strong logical thinking skills, resilient determination and good verbal communication skills.
4. Gender-neutral position, good appearance and temperament, fluent speech, strong logical thinking skills and ability to adapt quickly to any situation.
5. Possesses good personal and professional ethics, with communication, organizational and coordination skills, and strong planning and execution skills.
