PE Engineer (Product Engineer)

Responsibilities

1. Confirm new product drawings and review mold DFM (Design for Manufacturability).
2. Coordinate customer inspection specifications and quality requirements.
3. Track the progress of new mold development and confirm the quality.
4. Mold trial and review, dimension confirmation.
5. Track the progress of mold trials and organize related documentation.
6. Product approval, production of product approval forms, and creation of new product SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
7. Test new materials and confirm their suitability for trial production. Confirm the quality of mold/materials/packaging suppliers. Enhance new production technologies.
8. Design and manufacture production jigs, analyze and assist in handling quality defects.
9. Assist in handling abnormal material issues, improve and enhance the yield and process of mass production. Evaluate and handle changes in product specifications (customers/suppliers/internal).
10. Relevant experience in injection molding and paint industries is preferred.
 

Requirements

1. Age between 23-35, with a bachelor’s degree or above. Mechanical major is preferred. Assistant engineer title is preferred.
2. Relevant experience in mechanical product design or process.
3. Strong ability in mechanical CAD drawing and document editing. Familiarity with after-sales knowledge of mechanical products.
4. Hardworking, good communication skills, and agile thinking.
5. Strong external communication and coordination skills, ability to handle pressure.
6. Serious and responsible work attitude, meticulous and precise, with a spirit of inquiry, good teamwork and communication skills, and some project management experience.
