Machinist Technician

Responsibilities

1. Have a comprehensive understanding of the operation principles of injection machines, grasp the structure and performance of molds, make timely adjustments to molds according to production requirements to ensure smooth production.
2. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of molds and related components, ensuring a proper working environment for molds. Perform regular inspections of molds and promptly complete mold maintenance records.
3. Implement the mold maintenance and upkeep plan and strictly follow the scheduled maintenance and replacement of molds.
4. Solve production problems, repair or replace molds that do not meet production requirements.
5. Adhere to quality system standards and requirements, maintain mold cleanliness, organize and store molds properly.
6. Provide mold operation training to new workshop employees to improve their mold operation skills.
7. Familiar with plastic molds, clear understanding of mold material requirements, skilled in operating laser welding and argon-fluorine welding machines.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

1. Technical secondary education / high school or above.
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in mold making, preferably in the KB industry.
3. Proficient in the use of various machining tools in mold repair.
4. Ability to carry out mold repair and handover activities independently.
5. Strong quality awareness and communication skills.
6. Ability to comply with company rules and regulations and adapt to night shifts.
