IE / PIE Engineer (Industrial Engineering / Process Industrial Engineering Engineer)

Responsibilities

1. Complete Design for Assembly/Design for Manufacturing (DFA/DFM) analysis for new product introduction based on company strategy, future scale, and order requirements, to facilitate smooth mass production of new products.
2. Design and standardize process fixtures, jigs, and turnover tools according to company process requirements, to enhance production efficiency.
3. Create production SOPs, process flowcharts, etc., to ensure consistency in the product manufacturing process.
4. Optimize product structures and incoming packaging based on company requirements to improve production efficiency.
5. Calculate product labor hours and establish a library of standard labor hours based on company requirements.
6. Streamline and optimize the entire manufacturing process according to company requirements, to promote process standardization.
7. Conduct process discipline checks throughout the manufacturing process based on process standards, to ensure the execution and implementation of process documents.
 

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in process improvement, on-site improvement, factory planning, and new product introduction.
3. Proficiency in process-related knowledge and familiarity with various factory processes.
4. Ability to express viewpoints clearly and logically, establishing effective communication channels internally and externally.
5. Excellent project management, execution, and coordination skills.
