The engineer of prilling and color matching

Responsibilities

1. Proficiently operate single-screw and twin-screw granulating machines, injection molding machines, and other equipment. Skillfully handle the production process for samples and prototypes.
2. According to the production schedule, capable of independently handling or assisting in all aspects of the work process, including material preparation, machine startup, color mixing, and selection of color formulations etc.
3. Capable of independently developing cost-effective color schemes and pigment substitutions, continuously optimizing pigment formulation costs.
4. Able to independently conduct color matching and have a strong ability to discern and proficiently adjust color effects.
5. Responsible for color matching and blending for various products within the company.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Hardworking, resilient, humble, and eager to learn.
3. Able to handle high levels of pressure.
4. No color blindness or color weakness.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, diligent, and conscientious in work.
6. A college degree or above, aged between 30 to 45 years old.
7. At least 3 years of practical experience in plastic color matching and formulation, familiar with color master batch and regrind production processes and raw materials.
